Short answer: we handle parking lot paving, resurfacing, sealcoating, striping and driveways in Sanford and throughout Seminole County.
About Sanford
Sanford is the seat of Seminole County, which was carved out of Orange County in 1913. The city had about 61,000 residents at the 2020 census and mixes a historic downtown on Lake Monroe with industrial and warehouse areas near the airport and the I-4 and SR 417 corridors.
What we pave here
- Warehouse and industrial yards with heavy truck traffic that needs thicker asphalt.
- Retail and office lots that need phased or night work.
- Residential driveways in older neighborhoods and newer subdivisions.
- Restriping and ADA updates on older lots.
Permits
The City of Sanford handles permits inside city limits; unincorporated areas go through Seminole County. Driveway aprons at a public road usually need a right-of-way permit, which we arrange.
