What the forms collect
Your name, phone number, the property address and anything you type in the details box. Our phone provider may keep a log of calls made to our number.
Why we collect it
To call you back, visit the property, prepare a quote and keep normal job records. It is never sold.
Who can see it
Our office and crew, and the outside services that host this site, deliver form submissions and run our phone line.
Recorded calls
If a call is recorded, an announcement at the start of the call says so.
Server logs
The web host keeps standard logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.
